【摘要】 目的 观察顺铂联合白介素-2胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法 采用胸腔闭式引流术，观察组在胸腔内注入顺铂60 mg、白介素-2 100万U，对照组在胸腔内注入顺铂60 mg。每周1次，共1～3次。观察疗效、生活质量、生存率和毒副反应。结果 观察组有效率为81.82%，照组有效率为55.00%，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组无严重不良反应，均可耐受。结论 顺铂和白介素-2联合胸腔内注射，消除胸水作用明显，值得临床推广。

    Therapeutic effects of thoracic cavity of cisplatin and interleukin-2 in maligant pleural effusion

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effect of thoracic cavity injection of cisplatin and interleukin-2 in maligant pleural effusion.Methods In theray group,25 cases with maligant pleural effusion, after chest drainage,were injected into pleural cavity with interleukin-2 one millionaire unit and cisplatin 60 mg weekly for 1～3 weeks,and in control group,22 cases were injected only with cisplatin 60 mg weekly for 1～3 weeks.The efficacy,quality of life,relapse rate and toxicities were evaluated.Results The response rate after 6 months in treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The toxicities of two groups were tolerated.Conclusion The thoracic cavity injection of cisplatin and interleukin-2 in maligant pleural effusion is an effective way and worth in clnical application. ......
