紧急气管插管在急救中的应用(1)
【摘要】 目的 回顾分析紧急气管插管的技术特点及在临床急救中应用的经验，以提高急救水平及抢救的成功率。方法 回顾分析番禺区榄核医院在2003-2007年需要作紧急气管插管抢救危重病60例的临床资料，对其完成插管所需时间、次数、抢救成功率、死亡率及气管插管的并发症等进行分析。结果 对适应插管患者越早插管成功率越高，插管所需时间越短成功率越高。结论 临床医务人员熟练掌握并及时施行经口气管插管能有效提高抢救成功率。【关键词】紧急气管插管；急救；应用
