IGF-1和TNF-α在小儿病毒性心肌炎中的表达(1)

     [摘要] 目的:测定病毒性心肌炎(VMC)患儿血清中胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的水平变化以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的浓度,观察它们在病毒性心肌炎中的作用及其相互关系,进一步为病毒性心肌炎的发病机制、发展以及治疗提供依据。方法:选择儿童病毒性心肌炎急性期患者30例,同时选择健康儿童30例作为正常对照组。运用流式细胞仪及放射免疫法检测病毒性心肌炎患儿及对照组的血清中IGF-1的水平及TNF-α的浓度,并进行分析比较。结果:病毒性心肌炎血清中胰岛素样生长因-1(IGF-1)的水平及TNF-α的浓度升高。结论:IGF-1和TNF-α参与VMC的发病过程,动态检测并分析VMC急性期血清IGF-1和TNF-α水平,有助于对VMC的发病机制作进一步阐明,以及判定VMC的发展与转归;也为VMC应用IGF-1及其受体激动剂临床治疗VMC提供了新的研究方向。

    IGF-1 and TNF-α in children with viral expression

    [Abstract] Objective:To determine the viral myocarditis (VMC) serum insulin-like growth factor -1 (IGF-1) of the levels and concentrations of TNF-α,observe in their role of viral myocarditis, and their relationship further to the pathogenesis of viral myocarditis, development and therapy. Methods: 30 cases of children with acute viral myocarditis, while 30 cases of healthy children were selected as the control group. Used flow cytometry and radioimmunoassay in children with viral and control of serum insulin-like growth factor -1 (IGF-1) levels and its TNF-α concentrations were compared and analyzed.Results:The viral serum insulin-like growth factor -1 (IGF-1) levels and its concentration of TNF-α were elevated. Conclusion:IGF-1 and TNF-α involved in the pathogenesis of VMC, VMC acute dynamic detection and analysis of serum IGF-1 and TNF-α levels, facilitate the pathogenesis of VMC to further clarify and determine the development and transfer VMC return; for VMC applications IGF-1 and its receptor agonists clinical VMC provides a new research direction.

    病毒性心肌炎(viral myocarditis,VMC)是小儿心血管疾病中的常见疾病之一, VMC在儿童中的发病呈上升趋势,尤其是新生儿期由柯萨奇B族病毒感染的VMC可导致群体流行,其死亡率在近几年不断上升。

    1资料与方法

    1.1一般资料

    临床患者来自2008年11月~2009年11月在本院住院的VMC患儿,以1999年通过的小儿病毒性心肌炎诊断标准(修订草案)为诊断标准[1],初步筛选为柯萨奇病毒感染性患儿30例,分别于发病后1、2、4周追踪采集清晨空腹静脉血3 ml,其中,男17例,女13例,年龄0~15岁 ......
