抗病毒治疗在慢性乙型肝炎治疗中的临床效果分析(2)
综上，在慢性乙型肝炎治疗中应用恩替卡韦、拉米夫定+阿德福韦酯实施抗病毒治疗时，恩替卡韦在改善HBeAg、HBV-DNA阴转率以及ALT复常率方面的效果比较显著，还可以显著提高患者血清中IL-18以及IFN-γ，治疗效果显著，值得推广与应用。
