【摘要】 目的：探讨浅表淋巴结良恶性鉴别诊断中高频超声检查的临床价值。方法：选取2018年2-10月笔者所在医院收治的82例淋巴结疾病患者作为试验对象，采用高频超声对淋巴结良恶性进行鉴别诊断，参考标准为病理检查结果。结果：经高频超声诊断，诊断准确患者75例(91.46%)，误诊7例(8.54%);良性淋巴结长径与短径均小于恶性淋巴结，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性淋巴结动脉收缩期血流速度明显低于恶性淋巴结，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：将高频超声检查应用于浅表淋巴结良恶性鉴别诊断中的效果显著，不仅能够对淋巴结内部血流、形态进行综合评估，还可对浅表淋巴结良恶性进行初步判定，误诊率较低，具备临床推广价值。

    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant superficial lymph nodes.
