[摘要] 甘露醇是一种高渗性脱水药物，在控制脑水肿、降低颅内压方面已被广泛应用，但对血管刺激性较强，易引起静脉炎，引起疼痛和药物外渗。本研究通过有效的护理干预，降低静脉炎的发生，提高患者的满意度，提高了护理质量。

    [Abstract] Mannitol is a hyperosmolar dehydration drugs to control brain edema and reduce intracranial pressure has been widely used. However,strong stimulation of blood vessels,can lead to phlebitis,causing pain and drug extravasation,through effective nursing intervention,significantly reducing the incidence of phlebitis,increase patient satisfaction,improved quality of care.
